The place was very nice and organized. I want to leave this review for the guy greeting at the door on 12/26 at around 6:15pm. Such a nice guy!! So welcoming and with such a nice smile!! Great customer service!

One of the best! Super well stocked, had a sale rack, even had the new shoe line that the other Miami stores didn’t have yet. But the real bonus is the staff. They don’t follow you around and bug you as you shop, but when you need them they are super helpful. Very kind as well.

An Unforgettable Birthday at Lululemon, A Manager's Exceptional Touch. For my Birthday Weekend, My boyfriend and I went shopping in Lincoln Road. Lululemon was part of the "necessary stops", and he surprised me by telling me to pick out things I liked. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was so excited. The store was beautifully organized, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and warm wishes. As I browsed the store, I was assisted by the manager, I'm not certain if her name was Lana, or Elanda, but she displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine passion for the brand. I explained how obsessed I had always been about the align jackets. They took the time look for a bunch for me and in different colors. What truly stood out was the manager's attention to detail and thoughtfulness the whole time I was in the changing room. All of the sales representatives were great, especially the girl who was in the changing room. She helped me so much for at least an hour. During the checkout process, the Manager did something so incredibly amazing. It really did something to me, I would have never imagined. It was a heartwarming gesture. The manager's personal touch and dedication to making my birthday special didn't end there. Their kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression on me, reminding me of why I love shopping at Lululemon.I will cherish this memory and look forward to many more visits to Lululemon in the future.

Went in ready to spend money but no one even greeted me. I tried on multiple items in the mirror and everyone thought they were too cool to talk to me, a yogi who wanted to get some nicer stuff.
